Did the same for my air supply but the hardware store close to me threaded everything for me very reasonable cost I knew I didn't want to do it myself glad I did it that way
Quit buying Chinese BS! We are on the verge of being commies now and everyone keeps supporting them!
I’m sorry Pete, first time I’ve ever left a negative comment on your channel and I hate it but I’m a Vet like you are and I support the USA completely or I don’t buy it and go another route. I’m not supporting these damn commies Brother!!
I still love ya tho Pete so please don’t ban me
Thanks for Sharing Pete. Good to see and hear from You and Minnie. Have one of these non-Ridgid knockoffs ..very satisfied with it.. not meant for day in day out use but the average Joe can save $ using it. Black pipe .. good choice. All the Best to you and yours.
You should of got a ridged pipe threaded and cuting oil.
I have a 2 year old set of pipe dies and handle all Rigid, hand theading is never easy and rarely looks to good when finished. Rigid may last longer but looks like to me the end result is the same. Every time I use mine there always plenty of cursing 🤬!!!!!!
you need more oil. Ridgid makes a much better threader but they are way more money. I do heating and Ac so I use them often with a power threader of course. I think those will work fine
Thanks Pete for showing us the viewers how this works great job.
Some things work from harbor freight and some things break if you just look at them .lol
Pete I wouldn't expect much from the harbor freight threader as I have used good power threader that can screw up real quick because of a bad die
