Find a way to hook-up something to Scottys arms as they flail around and charge the battery that way. Alsmost like a wind turbine set-up.

Why then do submarine batteries reportedly last longest when pulse charged to electrolysis?
Or… If you know it's going to sit for a long time, hook up a battery tender. Then you don't have to deal with the damage completely draining the battery does either.
