I live in Panama, it's quite common for people to buy used slightly crashed cars from insurance companies in the USA and ship them to Panama, the thing is that here you can get them repaired for less than 1000 dollars and you can flip it easily, in fact we have three cars all bought online from another country lol, and everything went smooth and I know a lot of people flipping cars doing that
