i friend did 60-100 000km on one oil change in a yaris. and it somehow survived. i got tha oil out ok as it was stil warm. getting it from the pan to the old can to trow it out was another matter. the oil was so thick it did not flow any more. and this was a "diesel" as well.
I know of a guy who bought a new Ford Focus wagon. Drove it for years w/o ever changing the oil or regular maintenance. After over 200,000 kilometres he needed it serviced. The dealership asked where he gets his oil changed. He said here. You changed it during the PDI (pre-delivery inspection). That’s what was said. ?
