    if you dont have that thermal reader ,can you plug in a scanner to see if each cylinder is at the same temp.?

    I beat the absolute crap out of 2.4 that burnt more oil than gas and the rest of the car fell apart but I couldn’t kill the engine

    My sis had a sebring and died now she has a 16 crv. Wow bullet proof!

    These engines are great but everything around it breaks…im on 2 starters, 2 alternators, radiator etc….I have 195k miles on my 05 Element.

    A couple of years ago I read about an Accord owner in Maine with 1,300,000 miles. I think other than routine maintenance he had the car painted. I think it was a '94 model but not sure. Honda gave him a new car. They got a lot of publicity and it was really a big deal as well as it should be and in Maine no less where winter can destroy any car. He did all his own maintenance. Gives me hope, my wife's '06 Accord has 160,000 and going strong. It's just a baby!
