We have such Horrible road conditions in NYC. We are forced to buy aftermarket heavy duty shocks for American vehicles. Coil overs for Japanese vehicles. My Subaru needed Tien coil overs to handle our Shitty roads. These were Rally style high end coil overs. But they lasted over 15 years. It made the ride stiff. But it could handle anything thrown at it.
