BaaS is definitely the way to go! As for Nio cars, I'm waiting for them to sell in the USA and will buy the first day the ET7 is available for sale. Build quality of Nio cars is far superior to Tesla.

This battery replacement model was already tried by a company called better place back in 2000' …
The cost of building these battery stations and the time it took to have them available all over is very challenging
