People buy VW and BMW here in England despite mediocre reliability index ratings and the emission scandal in the latters case. It's about the badge, especially the camper vans, they're crazy money. Tesla's are always creeping around our village because one of the pubs has a rank of chargers. I went to a local body shop the other day and the boss has a model S. His fitter told me that it's being fixed more than it's on the road and currently has snapped drive shafts. 🙄
