Yea the tb is an issue for the 3.5 but I’ll take that any day over a cable throttle body I’ve drove lost of cars since I’ve been 16 and I’ve had a lot of CABLE DRIVEN throttle body’s get stuck they are unsafe once they are old!
personally, i'd never buy a truck that looked like that used… or new; it's looks has "bagged douch canoe" all over it.
the ford dealership I work for would have taken care of this. it's a shame there are dealers like this, the TB body isn't even that expensive
I took my 2013 F150 FX4 to Jenkins & Wynne here in Clarksville with a P2099 turbo underboost code. They told me that code was "normal" for a truck with 102,000 miles and that I should just deal with it. I was LIVID. I told them it wasn't normal and to fix it. They told me there was nothing they could do. Active or retired military, they just don't care. Thank you for doing videos like this Scotty!
Since ford has plenty of unsold trucks in their lots , il take a Ford flex .GMC is shisty and dodge awd goes out and causes a car accident
I think they fixed that issue with the Newer ecoboost engines. I will keep you posted I am driving a 2020 F150
