Since I'm a kid I thought electric cars would be pretty neat. As I got older I thought they'd make EV's practical and affordable. Still waiting…
I'm going back to steam cars I would rather spend 15 to 30 minutes warming up the boiler than to drive a ev and car a tow truck every day

What happened to just making everything hybrid? Makes the most since for maximum range. But those that force full EVs don’t truly give a crap, its more for them than just going green.
The only way to do an apples to apples comparison inthe real world is to calculate the miles per dollar. How much do you pay for each 100 miles? That would be the best way to compare.
I am confused as to why electric cars didn't just have a big electric motor where the ICE would have been. That's what I thought electric cars were going to be.
