Hello Mr Scotty,I have a question I hope you can help me,I have an 08 Silverado 1500 and at the steering wheel there a play and also a clunk noise is not major noise buy the steering is loose kind of,I replaced the rack and pinion but did not fix that issue the looseness is not on the column but at the steering wheel,could you suggest any idea on how to fix it? Please

I work for Ryder a semi truck rental/ repair company and they have been moving toward electric ottaws and semis.
I remember Older Toyota's from about the 1980's, You could hear The Refrigerant spewing through them.
I have a subaru Baja with 360k miles still running, I did the head gasket replaced at 180k and it's pain in the butt. Still running strong to this date.
