Honestly, since I moved to Maine I feel like junk yards are a waste of time. I'm sure that there are a lot of factors, but I have been able to source brand new OEM parts that cost less than the junkyard. Why would I pay more for something that comes with less warranty?
Nice video. As far as oil cleaners , Rislone sells a decent product(s). Most people use it on old engines that have noisy lifters, But on an old engine it might start burning oil (it cleans sludge off rings and valve seals) Not a bad trade off – you might get a smoother running engine! It costs less than half of that product you mentioned.
All I know is my sister purchased a beautiful Durango earlier this year. Since then it’s been in for warranty work twice including right now and it’s waiting for a module that’s on back order due to the chip shortage so God knows how long that’s going to be. Yep that’s JDP's definition of initial quality. On the other hand, my mom's new Charger is doing pretty good so far, fingers crossed tight on that one. I told them both not to buy Chrysler vehicles especially since a Toyota, Honda, Mazda or Subaru is roughly the same money and all are better than any domestic brand.

JD Powers have always done this for the 1st year only and lately 3 months I guess. Just plain stupid.
