Scotty you’re absolutely wrong about rebuilt cars. At least in Ohio you have to have a special license to rebuild and sell salvage cars. I’ve Owned 2 and they have been fine by Forester is on 150k miles had to do my head gasket but I knew about that. My entire family has bought rebuilt salvage cars from my grandpa. You’re wrong sir.
