Scotty , that's a basic 1zzfe engine that came standard in all corolla matrix and vibe. That is not the higher reving 2zz that the xrs came with.
Whoever engineered this particular Corrolla engine should get a Nobel Peace Prize. Even for Toyota, this is ridiculous. Lol.

Corolla S(stock) is no more powerfull and doesn't handle better that base model. It's only wheels, body kit and different colors on the speedometer. Of course this doesn't apply here because it's not stock, it has an xrs engine and aftermarket suspension.
