    The 2.5 liter is so easy to change the oil. The filter is right on top of the engine. Scotty never seems to mention this.

    Subaru handling dynamics are definitely better on the move. It could be the symmetrical all wheel drive or their vehicle dynamics programming but it just works. Vehicle movements are predicable when it's sliding while moving, especially useful in slippery surfaces like snow.

    Changing the leaky timing chain cover is also a pain in the butt. Swapping one problem for another.

    The two Suburau cars I’ve owned, a Legacy and a GL10 , were both bad cars the transmission went in one and the head gasket went in the other so never 👎 again for me

    Heard the 'Toyobaru' GR86/BRZ have been having oil pan RTV 'gasket' issues. I'd imagine other Subaru's (Because the GR86 is basically a rebadged Subie) use similar RTV sealants…

    What's your word on that, Scotty?

    It was my impression the the Subaru 2.0 motor has a timing chain, and the 2.5 motor still has a timing belt. Was Scotty wrong when he said the 2.5 has a timing chain?
