Dear Scotty: The same thing happens in 'medicine' ( the check off sheet). The last time I went to a physician, the examining nurse went through a check off list and determined that I needed a Colonoscopy; HOWEVER, I asked her to read my lab report for peripheral artery disease (PAD-left leg) . BUT SHE STILL INSISTED THAT I NEEDED a Colonoscopy. However, I insisted that her check-off sheet needed to be completed for HER Colonoscopy to determine if her brains were lodged in her anus. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE RESULTS; she probably left it in the toilet with her check-off sheet.

I have been shopping for a car. Numerous people would not sell me a car because I wanted to have a AAA mechanic look at it. They refuse to let it be inspected. I guess I have to hire a mobile mechanic to check it out when I go look at it.
