I honestly don't know how people afford pickups these days. It doesn't matter if its a 2001 Ford F150 with 200K miles or a Dodge Ram with 50k miles, they are all way over priced. I floors me that any dealership or manufacturer can offer a $10,000 rebate. That tells me that they have the retail price too high to begin with. Thank you… I'll keep my 2001 F150 Lariat with 95K miles as long as I can… even if I do have twice what it is worth in it.

They stoped offering crappy manual transmission because all it does is stall or break down automatic should be mandatory

    Scotty, I have a 2015 HD2500 6.0L Gas I bought used w 25K miles. So far I’ve been very happy with it.

One quick note: only the 1500 Ram is "fifth generation" the 2500/3500 are still, contrary to mistaken belief, "fourth generation". Much like 2002, when the 1500 also became "third generation" while the 2500/3500 remained "second generation" until 2003. The chosen video and imagery were out of sync with the narration for much of the video. In the early 1970s the Dodge model designations were 100/200/300. Those changed in the mid 1970s adding "50 more" to each number. In 1994 the extra zero was added. Otherwise, rather decent discussion.

Yeah, but they're not Toyota. They're junk now

Love the video, great points made for both. Keep it up

I still drive my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 4×4 automatic. Haven't any issues with it and I routinely change and monitor my fluids and oil change is done when it needs it and she has been a great and reliable truck, which is good, cause it hauls my family everywhere and I can't have a vehicle that would leave us stranded.
