Scotty, I've been watching ur channel for ever and you don't have much good to say about GM past model year '06. I've got a '08 1500 4×4, am the original owner and have 210K miles with only minor repairs; well minor for me ( I know the mechanic ) I'm never getting rid of it! But I am in the market for a new 3/4 ton 2500. In the slight chance you see this; what say you on a GM vs Ford. I will never own a Mopar/Ram again… An info is greatly appreciated

So he has $10k into this truck…a new truck would cost him $35k to start. I’d say he has a great truck for the money and could easily get 150k more on the jasper engine/transmission.
From the 80s through the early 2000s all of our work trucks where GMC / Chevys. From 7500 Kodiak / Topkicks to 1500 pickups👍

I have an 08 Silverado same engine with 78,000 miles. I’m pretty happy with it. They’re pretty good trucks!
