What is your take on car dealerships that carry ALL of the car brands, both foreign and domestic? Where i live, there are 3 big supercenters in town that each carry all brands of car manufacturers. Is this colusion or price fixing? Also, there is NO service after the sale, every issue that comes up is met with deny and deflect. When my check engine light came on, the ford dealer said it was my fault because i bought a ford.

If automakers really cared about the environment they would make EV conversion kits so consumers wouldn't have to scrap their old cars and people can breath new life into their junkers. Mass producing brand new hunks of metal and plastic is such a dumb move if it really is for the environment
I wonder when so called environmentalists that push electric car garbage as being better for the environment will figure out these batteries are their equivalent to murdering the planet? As long as it is not happening in their own back yard, they don't care.

This electric car movement is trading one problem for another. Still in the same boat at the end of the day.
I have purchased 2 brand new Honda Accords one in 1994 and my last one in 2004 that am still driving . A month ago someone stole my catalytic converter. I want a used SUV either a buick , ford edge or maybe a Mazda. If none are not good do suggest one please. Please suggest the best one that will last at least 7 years or more because I am 78 yrs old but still raising 2 grandchildren . Thanking you in advance for your consideration.
