i kept a pair of plyers in my old car for getting the hood open. it was still good, just needed another inch or so. plyers in glove box for years and never had a problem.

Be careful not to put that big screwdriver through the radiator!

LOL Nice! This happened to my Q50 last year. I keep pliers in my glove box to grip and pull the cable to open the hood. We had a freak winter freeze in Houston last year that I think might have altered the hood latch. I just been super lazy to fix it though

1:10 One person to pull on the cable, and another one to pee on the hood. ??
