Scotty at this point is it cost effective to buy non-ethanol gasoline if it is available in your area?
Meaning, is there any benefit for modern cars to run on non ethanol gas.
I ask because the local walmart in my area (Temple Texas) now has ethanol free fuel, and I noticed I got three miles to the gallon better in town and on the highway. I did three full tanks to conclude these numbers.
I know vehicles from the 1990's (pre the 2001 ethanol addition) benefit dramatically, but most of those cars at this point are off the road.
What are you thoughts?
