There’s a guy on YouTube that was talking about his Maserati and the terrible resale value that they have and he said that an attorney , I don’t know if it was from Maserati corporate office or a dealer contacted him and told him to take down his video or they will take further action. Long story short he took the video down, he’s just a guy trying to make a few bucks on his channel and he didn’t need this headache of being threatened with a lawsuit. So much for free-speech.
My friends laugh at me for driving a Honda. I laugh at their car payments.

Doesn't surprise me. Same thing happened to Consumer's Union when they evaluated stability of a group of SUVs from different companies. One in particular was so high Cg that if not for the safety equipment attached to the SUV during the test run the vehicle would have rolled over. CU reported their findings in their magazine and in short order the car company that made the SUV started throwing litigation salvos at them. Bottom line is CU prevailed but not before spending time and money in legal fees. The old adage still stands: To get to the bottom of something follow the Money.
