Can this work with a radio head unit that has a display? The screen just for backup, not even GPS is kinda cluttering.

If yo dive one of Scotty's clunkers, why would you care if you backed up into the car behind you? Unless it was a cop car.
I'll stick with my old Chevy truck. It will backup without a camera.
