Hey scotty what's your advise if I have to let my car sit in my driveway part of the cold winter months here in New York. It has to stay in my driveway because I dont have the money to pay insurance. I had to hand in my plates because insurance lapse. What's your advise on keeping the car running properly if I have to let it sit in the driveway for a couple months in the cold winter season? It is an 08 suzuki reno. The car runs great. It just surpassed 100'000 miles a couple months prior to me having to hand my plates in because of insurance lapse. Just wanted to ask if you have any advise to keep the car working properly if it has to sit outside in my driveway for a couple months in the cold winter months. I just dont want the car to fall asleep on me. I start it up a couple times a week and just go to the end of the street and back to keep the moving parts moving, and so the battery doesnt die from sitting in the driveway too long
