Never a bad idea to document maintenance, especially when ultimately selling the car to a private party. Also register on my.carfax.com as dealers and most independents today send their repairs to Carfax. There is provisions to document self performed maintenance ibt his portal so it it will show up on the Carfax report of your vehicle. This useful for a digital record and when selling.
