As long as I can still put gas in my car by myself I’ll let someone else take care of the maintenance.
I have a 95000 mile 2004 Subaru Forester whose clearcoat is beginning to peel off. What is your opinion on a budget repaint from a place like Maaco? Or should I just cover the affected areas with some of that 3M auto wrapping?
Thanks!
Hey Scotty, I have a 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee that has 100,000 miles on it. I don’t plan on selling it anytime soon. I am wondering if it’s a good idea to change the water pump and other components as a preventative maintenance measure. What are your thoughts?
Scotty I have a question! I recently changed the engine oil on my 2018 Silverado and now its reading high oil pressure. It'll go up to 80 psi when rev it up over 3500 psi. Should I be concerned?
Scotty is the Einstein of mechanics!
2003 GMC Yukon XL with Unknown Driver code, loss of electrical side mirrors, power windows and instrument cluster, what could be the problem?
I will hold on to my 2002 chevy. Even my window switch has a computer. I guess for express down and lockout, etc.
If you enjoy working on your own cars, (a) buy an old car…they're WAY simpler and easier to figure out/work on, and (b) research new cars carefully…some allow you to do more routine maintenance yourself than others
Communism and free car repair would be great.
