Here’s a solution, don’t sandblast the inside it’s completely unnecessary just use a parts washer who cares what the inside looks like it literally doesn’t matter it’s never going to be on display

Don’t sand blast, use crushed walnut shells. Won’t destroy ur bearings, are softer than aluminum, & no grit.
Juan Miguel Fernandez Blanco.
Gran consejo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, siempre todo debe estar muy limpio, y luego bien soplado, para una lubricacion correcta.

Just pressure wash it after sandblasting 😬

Normally you pull all baffles 1st then sandblast component, then sandblast baffles

As an engine machinist who media blasts internals regularly, I can't overstate how critical correct and thorough cleaning is. Followed by light oiling, rust dust as we call it will form within hours. Compressed air is not enough fellow gearheads, that stuff truly goes everywhere you don't want it.

Wouldn't your oil filter catch all that before it gets to your bearings ECT?

I am a YouTube Master mechanic. He did not take the canooter clip off the bunghole and then sandblast the rivet holes on Tuesday when the mouse was under the van
