2008 Highlander here, and I've changed the oil many times. The dealership we bought it from new was the only shop to ever change the oil other than myself, and they did this ALLLL the time. PISSES ME OFF. I stopped trying to remove the little bleeder cover on the bottom with the built-in socket recess. It's on for life.
Lmao, the dealership killed my 07 mustang. Hope they like replacing an engine for the price of the car. 😅
