    Tech here, most of the canister type oil filters which are plastic and go into a metal housing tend to get stuck on like that it’s not that someone over torqued it maybe in some cases that is what happened but often times they get stuck on since the car is hot if you let it cool down you’ll have better luck.

    Refuse free oil changes 😂 i hate having to let the dealer do work….something always seems to go wrong whether its a free car wash with new swirls or scratches on the fender or like what u dealt with lol.

    They did that to my car and stripped it so I could take it off had to buy a bolt extractor set just get the bolt off

    Most, if not all shops in my area are horrible. I do everything myself.
