So if it’s peeling clear coat, you need to sand down all the peeling clear coat and then apply a primer to those areas, and then paint the entire panel and clear it all?
So what’s happen if my paint is stil in but not as shiny and lightly fading not bad but it’s a 2004 Honda accord and I want it to look new
