Somehow I don't think repo cars will be cheap because of greedy sales people wanting top $.

Here in Connecticut prices never go down. On anything.

Useless. From 1% to 1.3% is 30% increase.

Your car payment should be your top priority. Overpay it when you can. It shouldn't take too long 'til you're at least a couple months ahead. Then of something comes up where you'll need the extra money, you can back off on your payment and still be good. My payments are $360.07, but I pay $100/week and it's an automatic payment on my credit union account. When I do need the extra money, I'll reduce the next scheduled payment to $5, then double it each week 'til it's back up to $100. So it's like $5, $10, $20, $40, $80, then back up to $100. I'm 2 months ahead, so I really have nothing to worry about.

From what I've seen, this doesn't really apply to states with higher tax rates (I.E California, New York, etc) where paying for a vehicle pales in comparison to paying for insane rent 😭

My dad taught me when ever possible pay cash on the barrel head even if you have to wait a while to get what you want. I live by that creed and have never regret it.

Why in the world do some people
Finance vehicles they can’t afford? I’ve taped to many folks showing up with $75K new trucks and then tell me they can’t afford some used dive stuff?!
