I've taken J.D. Power consumer surveys. They don't really qualify the survey takers, and the surveys are very general and not as intensive as one would hope for. So, take their "consumer consensus" with a grain a salt.
Give Charmin a JD Power award because that is by far the worst toilet paper.
I'm like MotorTrend; I make up awards and give them to myself when I do something right.
