Great advise in that video!
That's funny you talked about this because Saturday I replace mine with that same brand. I'm going to replace the coil as well. I drive a 06 H3 Hummer and according to Carfax. Last tune up was 7yrs ago. No check engine light came on but I noticed stuttering while driving. Now no stuttering and rides like a champ again. I also change air filter and clean mass air flow and carburetor as well. Barley hear the engine now. I was like damn ok I guess she needed to be tuned again lol. But yes I replace old with that new plug you mentioned. Didn't know it was the best. But when it comes to my every day vehicle I always go with the best they have to offer. That was the best they had for my truck. I know folks talk bad about Hummers. But I strongly believe it's the driver aka owner in most cases. Or just a bad batch. Meaning all the others were good normal wear and tear but a few bad ones then folks say all are bad. I have had this truck for three years been all over the US. I have 145 thousand Miles on it. Runs smooth. I've kept it up myself. But it's my every day and travel vehicle. It had 62 thousand when I purchased it three years ago. I love it. I've already replaced battery, water pump, radiator, rotors normal stuff as it ages. But great vehicle. I want the Toyota FJ as a second vehicle for my birthday. Nevertheless I love your tips it has helped me out alot dealing with this Hummer. Thanks
i like scotty kilmer … 🙂
Great Video!! Thanks!!
Great info video, Scotty!
Great content Scotty! I have been working in a Toyota autoparts store for some years now, usually selling parts for 90's-UP toyota cars and light trucks. It's good to hear the "back in the day" perspective you bring on some of your videos.
Iridium on all my cars/trucks.
I have always used OEM spark plugs in my vehicles . They were designed for them made no sense to use anything else.
05 GMC Sierra 5.3 Vortex 124,000 on it.
