Here’s a good example why the mechanic shops and body shops don’t like to use “OWNER BOUGHT” parts and supplies! The #1 reason professional automotive shops refuse to use other peoples parts will SHOCK YOU! But It’s TRUE!

I'm pretty sure that you've bought plenty of parts that didn't have the proper hardware. I'm guessing this is a common problem. So, if you take the job, just tell the guy that the part itself is probably fine, but don't count on the fasteners being correct.
Hi Pete. Isn't there a rubber bushing both top and bottom of the frame rail? So you'd be missing the rubber bushing which belongs on the top of the rail, No? I thought all body mounts including the rad support have rubber both top and bottom of the rail so that the item placed on top of the bushing and the rail itself are all rubber mounted. But I may be wrong in my thinking.
It will be a nice little car when it's all done cause I know you will do it right.

Burn the thing out you will be doing the owner a huge favour
too bad at the end of the day he will still just have a Lemans VIN car worth far less than the junk GTO VIN car .
A shop wouldn't use my ac condenser on my 06 accord, and after I convinced him he wouldn't warrantee. Was there a fitment issue? No. Was it the same brand? Yes because I confirmed its the same thing he would've bought. Sometimes shops just want to up charge the cost of the part. The rules are probably different for classics though.

You are an awesome guy. I always learn something from you. Thank you.
Pete! What paint did you use on the core support to get it to look like factory primer? Looks great.
