One hack that I like to use is putting drops of scented oils on my cabin airfilter. Since mine is right underneath the glovebox I can reach in grab it, put whatever smell I want and put it back. Typically what I do for my gf is put 15 drops (not on the same spot I spread out the drops) of lavender. She loves it. The smell isn’t so strong but it lasts for a few months
