Subaru discontinued the STI and released the regular WRX with a CVT… I think it's time they get a CEO that actually listens to the consumers

I’ve always loved these cars and I’ve always dreamed of having one.

Need opinions. 01 maxima probably cuz it's old as dirt.. but sometimes pads stick.. replaced calipers . When I let off pedal sometimes car doesn't move at all. I'm normally cleaning the slide pins and shims re grease and it works fine for a week until I notice them stick again. Master cylinder isn't overfilled. What else can it be .. vacuum problem. I love this car but cleaning the shims every month is sorta annoying

Haven't you been telling us not to buy Volvos, because they're going electric? Why is it different for Subaru?

Back before the pandemic hit like a runaway train I looked at a 2012 Subaru Imprezza with the manual transmission. It had very low miles and seemed to be in excellent condition but something just wasn't right. They were asking almost nothing for it and that raised some red flags with me. I didn't get to go over it with a fine tooth comb but what I did see seemed to be OK and that kind of bothered me. I felt like I was getting hustled. I passed on it and haven't regretted it. Something was just off about the whole thing.
