This is an old problem on many different makes, if a dummy has owned it.
A tip from experience; Ozone attacks some rubber compounds aggressively, causing discoloration and making it less soft and prone to breaking when stressed. Something good to know before using an ozone generator.

Another effective odor removal technique is to get the inside HOT….heat tends to increase chemical breakdown and removal. Turn on the heater and periodically open the doors and let air out.
I have a 2004 RSX Type-S as my project car. Only 157,000 miles (which is starting to become low mileage for these cars) and I love to drive it. Drove it 350 miles home and still had a quarter of a tank of gas left. They handle very nicely and despite having the synchro issue these are known for, it has been a very fun car to drive on the weekends.
