Yes please don’t buy them, cuz I want too, cheap.
I was once told by a Midas Tech that my head gasket was blown.
I went to my honest mechanic for a second opinion. My mechanic notified me that it was in fact my intake manifold that needed replacement.❤
Your a legend! You know a lot about cars but you’re having fun with it and helping people tooo!

harkey riders Did not appreciate the derogatory statement about us from a junk jap bike rider like you!
You're a gem Scotty, need more mechanics like you in the world. Thanks for the tip.
Don't assume it is blown just because of condensation 'smoke', however. All cars blow some water vapor out of the exhaust system on startup, and in humid environments this appears for even longer. Of course, it doesn't do it in the desert when the engine is warm. If it did that would be concerning. Full disclosure: I have a subaru that already blew (and repaired) head gasket
Hey no knock on anything but I used to have the same Levi's jacket stonewashed back in 1980 how did you get one of those I would love to have one of those
Or just simply buy and replace. Only hard part is not shearing the head bolts.
