Finally said something good about Volkswagen. I totally agree with Volkswagens being unreliable ever since the first rabbit … which I had and constantly worked on.
Refused to buy any Volkswagen ever since until the TDI.
I now have a TDI and nothing has ever gone wrong in 180,000 miles. Yes ; nothing.
It also gets incredible gas mileage and amazing power. Paired with the DSG transmission it's an awesome combination … You probably hate the DSG but it sure is nice and hasn't given me any trouble.
His car collection would be all Toyotas anyway so who cares.
I thought the VW diesel scam was based on a pretty clever idea, especially recognizing the need to switch to emissions test mode.

I have a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000gt base model with a 3.0L DOHC V6 with a blown head gasket. It cranks but doesnt start and I recently bought a kit to replace the gasket and have been looking for guides on how to replace it but I have had no luck so far. Would it be better to try and replace the gaskets or use a sealer to repair the issue
