    It's every time required to introduce these kind of repairs from outside to tesla. Nobody internally at TM is even considering such a customer centric approach. Great work eG.

    Clever repair, well done. I just don't like the amount of negative publicity Tesla got from this story because of Rich. Even in my god-forgotten country with 10M ppl the mainstream top-hits music radio was talking about this case yesterday!

    Yep, saved him $15,300 until he turns it in at the end of his lease and they send him a bill for $16,000 to get the damage repaired the authorized Tesla way.
