It’s a good thing that the US government is subsidizing possibly to help companies specially those who are start up or SME companies. Other countries are not doing this and doesn’t support their local companies.

NY state has a new income generating way to pay their business subsidy disasters. I received email notification that my car registration expired. A month after this was due. That gives the meter maids lots of time to ticket the 'offender'. There is no reason why that should happen. It so happens I was out of state. No ticket.

I'm a staunch capitalist. I believe the government should stay out of any business and let the free market determine what businesses should succeed and which ones should fail. I know that sounds harsh but when the government is involved, failure is guaranteed in the end.
