I am over in the UK and you are totally right, the Government has payed 80 % of peoples wages , to stay at home for 18 months while the pandemic was at its worst. People have got used ,to not working, Restaurants , pubs and Hotels cant get people to work there. There is also a massive shortage of truck drivers, employers have been offering 40% more wages. This is also causing shortages.
