Don't do the drill battery. They're 18~20v. Could fry something on the car.
Use a magnet from a mechnical harddrive instead od a stack of those magnets the ones from the hardrive are small and stronger. I do computer work and my bike so I have a arm band with magnets and pockets in it. I would never use the glue thing and I have a couple tools that does what he did with the glue stick.
