I’ve ran dawn dish soap through coolant systems a bunch of times they have never felt with jeep 4.0s
You do put dish soap in a rad if there is oil in the coolant system. Also the steering wheel one I’ve seen on a 98 Ford Explorer first hand

The coolant reservoir one, if you look at the bolt/screw that's holding it in, you can see that the grooves where the head of the Phillips head goes in changes. Dirty one, one of the grooves looks like it could line up with the edge of the tank, but the "clean (new)" one, one of the lines would diagonally go across it.
I want to find the tiktok video of the coolant cleaning. No doubt the poster got called out for it being fake.
