The months of October, November and December are the best time of year to buy a car. Car dealerships have sales quotas, which typically break down into yearly, quarterly and monthly sales goals. And all three goals begin to come together late in the year. Plus, they have the next year's models arriving on their lots and need to clear inventory.

I had no choice, I had to buy a new car. I ended up getting a 2014 Toyota Rav4 with 70k miles for $19000. It was really expensive but 70k miles and I can do my own simple stuff so its better than getting a crappy car.
