    I have a 2006 hyundai sonata on 192k miles and it still drives pretty well. People always turn their noses (in my experience) to Hyundais but the maintenance on my sonata has been virtually nonexistent. Some things I just do myself and I only bought the darn thing for close to 2 grand years ago.

    I can only imagine what the modern hyundais are like and their cost is pretty affordable for what they offer (good cost to performance). I'll stand by the Hyundai brand but other brands are pretty good too.

    If people had financial discipline they would only pay for a car in cash. “Oh I can’t afford my $40k car in cash”. Well, you can’t afford the car. Buy what you can pay for in cash – if you can’t afford it do this weird thing and save more money.
