I welded a 1/6 inch 3x 5 plate of steel under my Prius after the third time it was stole once in Texas once in Arizona once in California. I had had the aluminum shield from Toyota on and they still took it. There's no way to get underneath the sheet metal. Everything is brand new underneath so there will be no major reason to access. Make sure you secure where the downpipe comes otherwise they'll cut that and pull it all the way out from the back. F lazy thieves

We had a ring based in Lake Oswego, OR, soon as they got busted, the thefts went way down. I have an 08 Tundra that’s parked on the street over night, I’m definitely nervous.
