I've gotten to 42 mpg on my 2018 sonata se taking a road trip with Cruise control set to 70mph.
i like the styling of the new k5
I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata 3.3L with over 340000. Runs like new and only issue was the alternator. I love it!!
I left Kia, went to Honda, and never looked back. I've been amazingly happy ever since. K5 is tempting but product quality/longevity and bad customer service are why I can't consider going back even when they're starting to get better. If anyone had a better experience than me then thumbs up I'm happy for you.
I prefer the 68 Firebird Ram Air
KIA stands for Killed In Accident.
WTG Scotty! Finally, someone else is shining some light on Hyundai and KIA! While neither the Sonata, nor the K5 is appropriate for someone like myself (6'6" & 300 lbs), they are excellent vehicles; and you've pointed out some of their coolest features.
What many people don't realize is that both companies have routinely engaged over the years in R&D with the likes of Ford, GM, Toyota, Mazda and others; and the intent was to study and learn from them… and take the knowledge back to their own company to produce better vehicles.
Anyone who lived through the 80's & 90's will know the horrible quality of Hyundai engines and transmissions… as well as KIA's inopportune implemention of GM technology in their cars (backed by 10 year warranties). Fortunately, both companies have learned valuable lessons; and now produce some excellent vehicles.
I truly think that anyone in the market for a car should give them a serious look.
Please Google pronunciation. Hun-day
Still wouldn’t buy one!
Which Kia crossover do you recommend, I have a 2017 nissan I want to trade in for crossover, either Kia or a Honda CRV, any advice would be greatly appreciated 😀
