We are going forward not backward
This will always be excused as a necessary evil, just like population control.
I have a 2010 Jeep liberty I need to take it to the body shop to get the rust repair around the back lid and made newer and I am saving for a Toyota Tacoma or 4 Runner . Luckily I have my Jeep paid off so after I get it fix I am planning on keeping it for a long time . Then trade it in on a Toyota .
Think of all the people in the world who are living in impoverished circumstances. A major reason is planned obsolescence. If products were legally mandated to have a lifespan of 15 years, then manufacturers would need to find new markets, which would mean poorer people: Pollution would also decrease because each new item produced has a carbon footprint. Our leaders are conning us, but we are willing participants. We have the best politicians that money can buy:
Make thin cheaper with cheap or left out parts & charge more $$$. Makes them richer & us poorer. Was a great video.
