He better stick to his maintenance schedules and keep everything on record or else his “lifetime” warranty is worthless. First thing big corporations and dealers look for is reason not to cover anything except their asses. I’ve worked in a few dealerships, but we actually took care of our customers. I took really good care of my customers and they came back to spend money on other stuff, accessories, tires etc.
